1. Must be a professional wedding vendor offering wedding related services and/or supplies to brides, grooms, and their families in the Toledo area.  The vendor may offer other services as well, but must have a prime wedding focus to their business.

2. Must have been in business 5 years or longer, or have individual wedding related experience in providing wedding related services to consumers.

3. Can not have any outstanding or unresolved consumer complaints listed with any business reporting agency or service, I.E. Better Business Bureau.

4. Must have an informative website that completely lists their services for our visitors to review or be able to offer substantial marketing information that fully explains all services, costs, etc.

5. Must have an exemplary record of outstanding customer service and offer customer referrals.

6. Must have all goods and service costs clearly indicated.  No hidden fees, extra charges, or tacked on service charges will be added after the fact.  The consumer must be made aware of all costs in a professional "up front" manner.
